- ³ GYN-FIV does not have contract with the health insurance company VšZP for one-day surgery in urology.
- One-day surgery procedures in urology (except for MESA-TESE, which can only be preformed under general anesthesia) can be performed under local or general anesthesia, as recommended by your doctor. The services are listed with the price for local anesthesia.
General terms and conditions:
- • Prices listed in the price list for individual procedures are final
- • Prices for medication and other procedures performed outside of GYN-FIV are not included in the procedure prices
- • Payments are made on the day treatment begins at the reception of GYN-FIV
- • During treatment, clients have the right to change their attending physician
